Associates
KENPRO Associate is
operationally defined as a member who has embraced the vision and
mission of the organization in theory and practice.
We have two categories of associates: Full Time Associates (FTA) and Part Time
Associates (PTA). FTA are those who are fully engaged in the activities of
the organization while PTA are those who are partly involved.
All Associates
are assigned tasks depending on their area of
specialization. While the organization is entitled to provide an associate
with general guidance to assist him/her in completing the scope of work to
the organization's satisfaction, nevertheless an associate is ultimately
responsible for directing and controlling the performance of the task
comprising the scope of work, in accordance with the guiding
policies.
